Stretch and warm up properly before matches.
During the match
Stay positive after mistakes; forget them and think about the next ball.
Stay in the present moment.
Don’t forget to breathe and drink water.
Change the racquet if needed.
Don’t hurry; be patient and wait for the right opportunities.
Consider adjusting your game plan if needed.
Keep your dignity; do not throw the racquet.
Do not get distracted; ignore inappropriate behavior by the opponent, their parents, or others. Dive into the flow of the game.
